These Official Rules govern the Briana Ovbude DDS Inc. DBA Temecula Hills Dental Care Clear Aligner Production Week Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor is Briana Ovbude DDS Inc., doing business as Temecula Hills Dental Care, 29645 Rancho California Road, Suite 201, Temecula, CA 92591. Email: [email protected]. Phone: (951) 676-1480.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. PT and ends Friday, October 30, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of California; (b) are at least 18 years old; and (c) maintain their primary residence within a 15-mile straight-line radius of Temecula Hills Dental Care at 29645 Rancho California Road, Suite 201, Temecula, CA 92591. The Sponsor may verify eligibility using the entrant’s primary residential address and a commonly accepted mapping or geocoding service. The Sponsor’s officers, directors, employees, staff members, persons directly involved in developing or administering the Sweepstakes, and anyone residing in the same household as any such person are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void outside the eligible geographic area and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit https://aligners.temecula-clear-braces.com and submit the online giveaway entry form with the requested accurate and complete information. There is no charge to enter. Entry limit: One entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate or multiple entries may result in immediate disqualification of all associated entries. Automated, generated, scripted, shared-identity, or fraudulent entries are prohibited.

An entrant does not need to schedule or attend an appointment, receive a consultation, become a patient, qualify for treatment, purchase any product or service, or begin treatment to enter or win. Each eligible entry has the same chance of winning regardless of whether the entrant has any relationship with the Sponsor.

5. Optional Marketing Consent

Consent to receive marketing text messages, telephone calls, or emails is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning. Selecting or declining an optional marketing-consent choice will not affect eligibility, selection, or odds of winning. The Sponsor may contact entrants as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and notify potential winners; those prize-administration communications are not marketing messages. Any separately provided marketing consent is governed by the Sponsor’s applicable messaging terms and Privacy Policy.

6. Separate Promotional Offer

The Clear Aligner Production Week promotional offer, including $2,505 treatment discount, available Monday, October 26, 2026, through Saturday, October 31, 2026, is separate from this Sweepstakes. Receiving the offer, scheduling or attending an appointment, obtaining records or an evaluation, being found eligible for services, paying for services, or beginning services does not create an entry, provide an additional entry, or improve the chance of winning.

Dental services and treatment are subject to clinical evaluation, informed consent, availability, and separate offer and financial terms.

7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values

Prize 1 — Apple 10.2-inch iPad, 8th Generation, Wi-Fi, 32GB, Space Gray, with case, screen protector, and stylus pen. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $149.99.

Prize 2 — Samsung 55-inch Class M70H Series Mini LED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart Tizen TV (2026). ARV: $449.99.

The total ARV of all prizes is $599.98. Each prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty by the Sponsor. Any manufacturer warranty that applies will be governed by the manufacturer’s terms. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. If a prize’s actual retail value differs from the stated ARV, the winner will not receive the difference. The identified prize manufacturer(s)—Apple and Samsung—are not sponsors or administrators of, and do not endorse, this Sweepstakes.

8. Random Drawings, Winner Limit, and Odds

The Sponsor will conduct Two separate random drawing(s) on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at approximately 2:00 p.m. PT using Digital “Spin-to-Win” selection from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor will draw the potential Prize 1 winner first, remove that person from the eligible pool, and then draw the potential Prize 2 winner. All eligible entrants are automatically included in both drawings. Winner limit: No person may win more than one prize.

The drawing(s) are scheduled to be broadcast on Temecula Hills Dental Care Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/p/Temecula-Hills-Dental-Care-100085846835790/. Watching the broadcast is not required to win. A delay, interruption, recording failure, or other technical issue affecting the broadcast will not change the validity of an otherwise properly conducted random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the applicable drawing sequence.

9. Limited Public Display and Health-Information Protection

For transparency during the drawing broadcast, the selection display may show each entrant’s First name and last-name initial. By entering, the entrant acknowledges this limited display solely for administering and documenting the Sweepstakes. Except as required by law or authorized separately in writing, the Sponsor will not publicly disclose an entrant’s full name or identify an entrant as A patient, appointment attendee, clear-aligner candidate, treatment starter, or recipient of dental services. A general publicity or prize release is not a substitute for any separate authorization required to disclose protected health information or a patient relationship.

10. Potential-Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be contacted using Text message and telephone call at the contact information submitted on the entry form. The Sponsor may make Up to five total contact attempts by telephone call and/or text message. Each potential winner must respond, establish eligibility, and complete any reasonably required prize-claim documentation no later than Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. A potential winner may be required to present government-issued photo identification and proof of primary residence and to sign an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, prize receipt, and tax documentation where lawful and appropriate.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond and complete the required verification by the deadline, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner forfeits the prize. On Friday, November 6, 2026, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner by the same random method from the remaining eligible entries. An alternate must respond and satisfy the Sponsor’s verification requirements within 48 hours after the first notification attempt. The Sponsor may repeat the alternate-selection process as reasonably necessary.

11. Prize Delivery or Pickup

Prizes must be picked up in person by appointment at Temecula Hills Dental Care, 29645 Rancho California Road, Suite 201, Temecula, CA 92591; prizes will not be shipped. Each winner must complete pickup or delivery Within 30 calendar days after confirmation as a winner and must present valid identification when reasonably required. Failure to receive the prize within that period may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

12. Taxes and Expenses

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs or expenses associated with accepting, receiving, or using the prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will issue any tax forms required by law.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry or drawing process, submits false information, attempts to exceed the permitted entry limit, interferes with the Sweepstakes, or violates these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if feasible, award the prizes by a fair random drawing from eligible entries received before the impairment. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision.

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or technically defective entries or communications; failures of networks, websites, devices, platforms, or service providers; or inaccurate entry information supplied by an entrant. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, staff, agents, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, receipt, or use of a prize, except for claims resulting from a released party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be waived under applicable law. Prizes must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidance.

15. Privacy

The Sponsor may collect and use an entrant’s name, contact information, residence and age representations, entry information, and prize-administration communications to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, conduct and document the drawing(s), notify and verify potential winners, deliver prizes, maintain legally required records, and comply with applicable law. The Sponsor may share this information with service providers assisting with Sweepstakes administration and with authorities when legally required. Entry information will otherwise be handled under the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

16. Broadcast Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. Facebook is used only as a platform for the scheduled drawing broadcast. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook and Meta from claims arising out of the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law. Questions, comments, and complaints concerning the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not Facebook or Meta.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable rights or legally required forum, disputes relating to the Sweepstakes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Official Rules should be made available on or through the entry page at https://aligners.temecula-clear-braces.com throughout the Promotion Period. Winner confirmation may be limited to First name, last-name initial, and city unless additional disclosure is required by law or separately authorized.
